Limb 1 : a border, margin or edge. The apparent outer edge of a heavenly body. 2 : arm, leg or wing. 3 : a large branch of a tree, projecting part -forming an outgrowth or extension from a larger body. 4 : limb of the moon. – the circular edge of the disk itself is called the limb.  There are usually two parts to the limb – The illuminated portion is called the bright limb, whilst the less obvious portion, which is not in sunlight is called the dark limb.

Lucifer encounters the limb of life

And looks out the window;

Lucifer, placed by myth underground

In fire of molten earth

Smallest in time in space

Molecule, atom, electron, even smaller.

In time, human male and female

Gaze and wonder.

Moon of each other’s desire,

They step through the sexual limb

Of first sex awareness

Deep ocean – high wave storm out there

Keep at edge –proceed with caution with

Solemn awe, playful.

Forge ahead in the profound mystery

Of search – hide & seek, slow down pull up,

Peek, not yet to gaze –

You don’t want someone else’s experience

Wait for yours.

For guidance PATIENCE – let you fear

Inform you.  Welcome it.  Listen and obey it.

More mature sex:

I gaze. I wonder.  I want.  I get.

Limbs lift

Perseus and Andromeda.

They climb past the limb of life into

Their constellation

Along with Pegasus

Bellerophon

Theseus

Eros – Odysseus

Persephone

Hercules

and Lucifer.
